2. Res Nullius And The Two RCC Papal Bulls (Romanus Pontifex - 1455) And (Inter Caetera - 1493) Became European Justification For Depriving CSSP’s Property Entitlements Through The Collaborative Term Terra Nullius. An Earlier RCC Papal Bull (Pope Urban II - 1095) Which Formulated The Doctrine Of Discovery Was Implemented With The Doctrine Of Extinguishment To Ignore Indigenous Land Titles.
